ALDA Chicago Outing to Cantigny Gardens & Museum

Located at 1 S 151 Winfield Road in Wheaton, Illinois, Cantigny’s 500-acre park offers educational and
recreational experiences through visits to the formal gardens, Visitors Center and two museums: the
Robert R. McCormick Museum and the Cantigny First Division Museum.

Our schedule for the outing will be:

10:15-10:30 arrival – Meet at Visitors Center.
10:30-10:45 Walk to McCormick Museum.
11:00- 11:30 Guided tour of the first floor of the McCormick Museum.
11:30-1:00 Walk to First Division Museum for a self guided tour or explore the gardens, grounds and outdoor tank park on your own.

1:00 Lunch at LeJardin Restaurant on site.

Please note: The restaurant closes at 2:00 p.m. If you would like to stay at the Park longer to spend more time in the gardens or museums you are welcome to do that. The museums close at 5 p.m. and the gardens close at sunset.

The Park offers a tram service to each location available upon request to an employee from any building.
