ALDA Chicago Outing to Bristol Renaissance Faire

ALDA Chicago is sponsoring a day visit to the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha, WI. The faire features a wide range of entertainment including acrobats, jugglers, jousting, swordfights, pirates, magic, music, and dancing. Transportation will not be provided by ALDA Chicago. Carpooling is highly recommended.

Tickets can be ordered online at the event's website or purchased at participating Walgreens beginning July 1st. For online ticket ordering, the early bird price through June 30 is $14.95. Tickets are also available at the faire for $19.95, but be prepared to wait in long lines.

The faire opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m. Members are free to explore the faire on their own and plan their own day according to their interests. We will meet at noon on Farnham Way to buy lunch from the food vendors. (Funds for this meal will not be provided by ALDA Chicago.) Members may leave the faire whenever they are ready. This event will be held rain or shine.

There are two options for parking. One is free. The other, closer to the entrance, is $5 (cash only). Both are grass fields.
